Uninstall
If you no longer need the S: Contact Form Builder app, you can uninstall it from your Shopify admin in just a few steps.
Step 1: Go to the Apps Section
Log in to your Shopify admin
From the left-hand menu, click Settings > Apps
Step 2: Locate the App
In the Installed apps list, find S: Contact Form Builder
Click the three-dot (⋯) menu next to the app
Step 3: Uninstall the App
From the dropdown menu, click Uninstall
Confirm the uninstallation when prompted
Important Notes
Once uninstalled, the app will be removed from your store immediately
Any app-related configurations may be deleted
Billing for the app will stop according to Shopify’s billing policy
